MEMBERSHIP APPLICATION INSTRUCTIONS
You must have Adobe Acrobat Reader installed on your computer to use this application form. If you do not have the reader, you can download it by clicking on the icon below. Installation is easy and instructions for downloading and installing are on the Adobe web site.
The information required on the application is straight forward. You can type the information in each block. Use the TAB key to move from block to block. Use the ENTER key to move from line to line within the block. At the bottom of the form, there is a CLEAR FORM button which will remove all of the information which you have typed should you make a mistake and want to start over. Once you have filled in the application, click on the PRINT FORM button at the bottom of the form. If you have difficulty entering the information into the form on your computer, you can go directly to the PRINT FORM key and print out a blank application and fill it in by hand. If all else fails, there are always blank application forms available at the clubhouse. Once you have completed the application, you can mail it or bring it to the club with the $25 application fee.
